Art
is the sincere instrument of expressing the people’s feeling, the
eternal tool of documenting the nation’s story and the creative way of
raising critical issues.
Through the art
education, the Dar al-Kalima Academy aims at graduating artists who
are aware of their Palestinian context, and can also be engaged in the
contemporary art worldwide language.
The Art education would
include theoretical and practical training on issues about:

Development of art in the world, and in the Arab world

criticism and theory

Historic
techniques of art: drawing, painting, sculpturing, etching and
engraving

Different
fields of contemporary art; installation art, video art, media art,
photography, performance
