Located in the heart of the
old city of Bethlehem and the up-to-date facilities, ad-Dar Cultural
and Conference Center is a unique place for local, national and
international concerts, theatre, film screenings, performances,
conferences and encounters. We can host theater productions, musical
concerts, presentations and other shows with our state of the art
light and sound system. Among others, we have hosted Ahdaf Souief, The
Jerusalem Festival, Simone Shaheen and many film screenings,
presentations and workshops by local and international figures.

Our restaurant, coffeeshop and
guesthouse were launched this year in faith and after employing 15
unemployed highly skilled staff under the motto "Employability through
hospitality".
We offer full accommodations
with Addar Performance Hall and meeting rooms, Il'iliyeh Restaurant,
Al-Kuz Café and Bar and Abu Gubran Guest House.
Addar Cultural & Conference
Center facilities make every effort to support local Palestinian
companies in the construction of our facilities and our local families
with the goods that are purchased; everything from our glassware, to
our furniture (from Palestine and Finland) to our original artwork.
Through the generous support
of the Foreign Ministry of Finland and in preparation for the
millennium celebration in Bethlehem, this state of the art facility
was created and designed by the world-renowned Finnish architect, Juha
Leiviska.

The International Center of
Bethlehem is a non-smoking building.
