"Where dining is more than
a taste"
Open to the locals and
visitors alike, the Il'iliyeh Restaurant experience is unique to
Palestine. With a beautiful garden terrace seating for warmer months
and a cozy setting for the cooler season, Il'iliyeh Restaurant is the
perfect setting for your gatherings.
We offer traditional Arabic
and international dishes, providing seasonal menus that incorporate
local, fresh produce and support local Palestinian agriculture. The
restaurant is decorated with artwork created in our workshops and you
will be served with locally produced handmade glassware from the
Hebron district.

"Al-Il'iliyeh" comes from the
Arabic word for the "upper room" and harkens back to Palestinian
history as the room on the roof or second floor where meals were
served in the evenings. Art pieces are from prominent Palestinian
artists including Suleiman Mansour and others decorate the the walls.
A Palestinian artist's rendition of The Last Supper portrays it taking
place in such an "Il'iliyeh." This painting hangs on the far wall of
the restaurant.

The professionally-trained
staff of chefs, cook and servers will ensure you are treated with
famous Palestinian hospitality. We can also accommodate groups with
either set or a la carte menus.
Capacity is 90 seats in winter
and 150 seats in summer.
