Al-Kahf Workshops

Since 1999, the International Center of Bethlehem (ICB) has invested a great deal in developing professional and environmentally safe workshops and facilities. The workshop complex is designed and equipped for use by artists and artisans in drawing and painting, ceramic, stain glass, glass fusing, glass bead making, mosaic, jewelry making and silver casting.

These workshops and the training offered by the institution are unique in the West Bank. There is no other institution in the Palestine that is operating such a place, and there are no similar education and program offered by any other vocational training institution here.

In addition, through the wide international network of the ICB, several international artisans and artists come yearly and share their experiences with local artists.

One can become a member at the center, benefit from the offered training courses, gain from the exchange between the different artists and enjoy the use of the facilities.

There are always new activities and upgrading courses. The program for the year 2005 will be announced before the end of January 2005.
