At Paltisana our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and automatically displayed at checkout.
The cost for international shipping varies according to the weight of the purchase and the country that can be selected when choosing the shipping address.
Delivery of Merchandise:
Paltisana does not store physical artworks, but it contacts the artisans within 24 hours from receiving a notification of sale on the Paltisana platform during working days. Afterwards, we shall pack the artwork once the notification is received (packaging will be new, presentable and safe to avoid damages), and finally we ship the artwork.
Note: Your order will be shipped to you once we receive your payment.
Estimated Delivery Time:
shipments need up to 2 weeks. However, we usually experience a high volume of orders during the Christmas season (November to January), so shipments may be delayed by two more weeks.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the transit time. Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.
Note: Paltisana is not responsible if you do not receive your order on time when it delivered to you. Your purchase may be lost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Paltisana has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Paltisana is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Paltisana is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please remember: We cannot exchange an item or items that are defective, damaged and/or in unsaleable condition, or are missing 30 days after the delivery date.
