Comments & Reviews
When visitors leave comments or product reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
Login and User Experience
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

WooCommerce (Shopping Cart)

What we collect and store (WooCommerce)
While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Who we share your data with
Payment Gateway: Bank of Palestine
We accept payments through the Bank of Palestine. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to the Bank of Palestine, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Please note that we do not store your full credit card number or CVC security code on our servers. This data is processed directly by the Bank of Palestine’s secure payment engine.
Analytics
We share anonymous data with Google Analytics to help us understand how our website is used. This data does not include personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name or email address.
Shipping Providers
If you purchase physical goods, we share your name and shipping address with our courier partners to ensure delivery of your order.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
For WooCommerce Orders, we generally retain information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it.
